Once an order has been received, proofs will be produced and emailed over to you. It is your full responsibility to thoroughly check these.
Once you are completely happy for us to go ahead, please approve them via our website (The APPROVAL tab on the top menu) and arrange payment
of a 50% deposit, based on total order.
Once we have received deposit and your approval we will contact you with confirmation and delivery details based on your production slot.
Please note a signature will be required so someone will need to be home, or feel free to give us an alternative shipping address.
If 'On the Day' items have been ordered, we will book a second production date for you and will be in touch to discuss when final information is required (usually not until 4 weeks before your wedding day). When putting all information together, guest names for place cards etc please note
we will need them supplied in a Word or Excel file.
Although we advise you to order everything in one go, to secure both production slots you are very welcome to order your stationery in stages if you prefer.
We understand you may not know exact quantities for the 'On the Day' items and you will never be charged for lesser items required, your outstanding invoice will reflect this once we have final details from you.
